If you have read our review of the broker and want to tell us something about the article itself, you are in the right place. The desk handles questions about what we published: a figure that looks out of date, a feature described in a way that no longer matches what you see on the broker's site, a fee table that has changed since we last checked, or a section you think is unclear. We also read comments about the scope of the review, including subjects you believe we should cover for readers in the United Arab Emirates.
We are an editorial resource. We write about the broker; we do not operate it. That distinction shapes everything below, so please read the next section before you write to us about an account.
What This Desk Cannot Do
We cannot open, close, verify, restrict or unfreeze an account. We cannot look into a deposit, a withdrawal, a transfer, a card payment, an order, a position, a balance, a statement, a login problem, a password reset, a verification delay or any other matter tied to your relationship with the broker. We have no access to client records, no view of any account, and no way to pass instructions to the broker on your behalf.
We also cannot give financial advice, recommend whether to trade, comment on your personal circumstances, or act as a complaints channel. Messages about account matters will not be forwarded, because we have no route to do so and no authority over the firm. If your question concerns money, access or identity, it belongs with the broker's own support, not with us.
Where the Broker's Support Sits
For anything account-related, use the broker's own support channels, which you will find listed on the broker's official website and inside the logged-in area of its platform. Those pages carry the firm's current contact routes, its help centre, and its complaint procedure. We do not publish, repeat or verify those details here, because they change and because we are not the firm.
If you are unsure which route fits your issue, start with the help centre on the broker's site, then move to the contact method it lists for your region. Keep your own records of the exchange. We mention this only as orientation; the broker's own documentation is the authority on how to reach it.
Response Times and Languages
The desk is small and reads messages during working days in the United Arab Emirates. We aim to acknowledge a substantive editorial message within five working days, though volume and the need to re-check a fact against the broker's published material can extend that. A correction that requires us to verify figures may take longer before we can confirm what we will change.
The desk reads and replies in English and Arabic. We can follow written messages in either language, and we answer in the language you used unless you ask otherwise. Messages sent in other languages may take us longer to handle or may go unanswered.
Submitting a Correction
If you believe something in a review is factually wrong, write to the editorial desk through the contact form on this site. State the page and the sentence concerned, quote the wording as it appears, explain what you believe is correct, and, where possible, point to the broker's own published material that supports your point. Screenshots help if they show a dated page from the broker's site.
We check each submission against primary sources before changing anything, and we decide editorially whether a correction is warranted. Where we agree, we amend the article and note the change. Where we do not, we will tell you why. Please do not send account numbers, identity documents or payment details; the desk does not need them and cannot use them.
