Terms of Use

The rules that apply when you read or reuse material on this independent review site.

Changes to These Terms

Suppose you read our review of a broker in January and return in June to find the text has been edited. That is normal here. We revise these terms whenever the site, the law, or our editorial practice changes, and the version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the one that applies to you.

We date each revision and keep the current text in one place, so you can always see what you are agreeing to. If a change is significant, we will say so on the page itself rather than bury it. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, the answer is simply to stop using the site.

We do not notify readers individually, and we do not keep older versions available for comparison.

Who May Use the Site

The site is written for readers in the United Arab Emirates, and that is the audience we have in mind when we publish. It is intended for adults who can enter into a binding agreement under the law that applies to them. If you are below that age, please do not use the site.

You are responsible for making sure that accessing the site is lawful where you are. We make no claim that the material is appropriate or permitted outside the UAE, and we do not target readers elsewhere.

Access is provided as it stands. We may withdraw, suspend, or restructure any part of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be reachable or free of faults.

Use of Editorial Material

You may read, print, and share our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may quote a short passage with clear attribution and a link to the original page. That is the extent of the permission we give.

You may not copy articles in full, republish them, translate them, feed them into another product, or present them as your own work. You may not scrape the site at scale, remove our name from a quotation, or use our material in advertising, in a competing review service, or in any way that suggests we have endorsed you, your business, or a product.

Nothing on the site grants you a licence to our name or branding beyond fair, accurate reference to the source.

Outbound Links and Third Parties

Some pages link to websites run by others, including the broker we review. Those sites are outside our control. We do not operate them, we do not set their content, and a link is not a recommendation, an approval, or a promise about what you will find there.

Any dealings you have with a third party, including opening an account or sending money, are between you and that party alone. We are not a party to those arrangements and take no part in them.

If a link no longer works or leads somewhere unexpected, tell us through the contact form on this site and we will look at it.

Limits of Liability

We work to keep our reviews accurate and current, but we cannot promise that every page is complete or free of error at the moment you read it. Markets, rules, and company practices change, and our material reflects our view at the time of writing.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything published here, including decisions about money, accounts, or services offered by others. This covers direct and indirect losses alike.

If a clause in these terms is found to be unenforceable, that clause will be trimmed or set aside to the minimum extent needed, and the remaining terms will continue in force. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
